ALBANY - This is unquestionably the best that UAlbany has played this season.
There was no second half letdown and the Great Danes pick up their third America East victory of the season by dismantling Binghamton on Thursday night.
The 39-point victory is the largest in program history, breaking the 32-point victory over Columbia in 2007.
It's also the lowest point total in a half (13) and total (42) that UAlbany has allowed to an America East opponent, while a member of the conference.
The 37 points scored by the Bearcats is the lowest point total in their 10-year history.
The Great Danes led by 26 points at halftime and didn't let up, actually extending the lead in the second half.
Mike Black finished with a game-high 15 points for UAlbany, while Tim Ambrose added 14.
The starters spent the final five minutes on the bench.
Mahamoud Jabbi led the Bearcats with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
