UAlbany 39, Binghamton 13 (half)

ALBANY - When was the last time UAlbany had a 30-point lead...in the first half.

The Great Danes played another good first half and Binghamton shot horribly from the field.

The Bearcats shot 4-for-30 (13 precent) from the field and actually made more free throws (5) than shots.

Senior guard Tim Ambrose actually outscored Binghamton 14-13. Mike Black added 11 for the Great Danes, while Luke Devlin finished the half with nine.

The Great Danes shots 12-for-25 (48 percent).

UAlbany's biggest lead was 30, when they led 37-7 with 3:09.

Binghamton actually scored the first basket, when senior Mahamoud Jabbi made a jumper to give the Bearcats a 2-0 lead, 17 seconds into the game.
