Niagara, Rider both lose
While it's a non-conference day for Siena with the game against Mount St. Mary's, two of their more hyped MAAC opponents dropped conference games.
Niagara lost 63-60 to Iona.
Rider fell at Loyola (Md.) 68-66.
That should make Monday's game for Siena even a little more interesting as the Greyhounds have won four in a row and beat Indiana just recently.
Siena plays the Purple Eagles next Saturday at 1 p.m.
