In my attempts to catch up with the local minor and major league players on Sunday, I came across something interesting.

It seems as if Columbia High graduate and current Ceder Rapids Kernels (Los Angeles Angels, Class A) catcher Chris Rosenbaum has a blog set up called Looking through the mask through our sister paper The Independent.

I had a chance to do a feature on Chris when he was picked up last season by the Angels organization and played the season with the Orem Owlz in Utah.

From what I've looked at, it looks like some real interesting stuff.
