Fox 23 is reporting that Ralph Watts, a senior at Peekskill High School has given his verbal commitment to Will Brown and the University at Albany.

Watts is a 6-foot-6 wing and played last season alongside Mookie Jones, who had committed to Syracuse.

Apparently, Watts was in town earlier this week.
