Siena 71, Cornell 70
ITHACA - Siena got another game-winning basket late, to post their second straight victory on Friday evening.
Like he did on Tuesday, Marquis Wright drove, but this time he missed. The ball was caught by Imoh Silas and put back in, with 6.5 seconds remaining, to give the Saints a 71-70 victory over Cornell at Newman Arena.
Silas had a monster game, with a career-high 17 points and 14 rebounds. Rob Poole came off the bench to score a team-high 19 points for the Saints.
Nolan Cressler scored a game-high 25 points for the Big Red.
