Freshman Stephan Jiggetts has left the University at Albany men's basketball program, according to the school's sports information department.

The reason given was "personal" and Jiggetts changed his Twitter avatar from a head shot in his UAlbany jersey to a different one of him working out late on Tuesday. 

Jiggetts, had originally committed to Siena, when Mitch Buonaguro was the head coach, but decided not to come to Loudonville when Buonaguro was fired.

Jiggetts committed to UAlbany in June.
