ALBANY - Somehow the University at Albany pulled out a victory on Saturday evening.
The Great Danes trailed for the first 37 minutes, but Sam Rowley scored his team's final eight points to lead them to a 50-49 victory over Maine.
UAlbany now faces Stony Brook in the America East semifinals, on Sunday, at 7 p.m.
